Organized Freedom – What does it mean to you?

This Independence Day ask yourself, as I am, what does my freedom mean to me?  What am I doing to promote freedom, liberty, or the pursuit of happiness?

If it is hard for you to quickly come up with an answer, 2009 may be the year for you to move outside yourself and your immediate concerns. A few ideas:

1. Organize a neighborhood gathering and talk with others about what your neighborhood can do to promote freedom and liberty.
2. Get involved with a local political candidate whose ideas mirror yours.
3. Put a note on your neighbors doors now to instruct them how to easily register to vote including the online URL address where they can register, then come election time another quarter page note reminding them to vote and the address where they can do so.

Organize yourself and become involved. Pursue greater happiness by making a difference for yourself and others.
